Design Team

Barbara has many years experience in the design field as a designer, buyer, manager and business owner.  She started her career as a designer for the Concord House and worked for many years at Nelick's and Thomasville as their designer and buyer.  She has participated in many Vanguard Showhouses and has completed numerous model homes.  Barbara came to Rosewood after being a manager at Stickley Furniture because she missed working with the customer and helping them create a beautiful home.  She enjoys taking the client through the whole selection process and keeping them from becoming overwhelmed with the many decisions that have to be made. Barbara likes to educate the homebuyer about the advantages and value of the many options available to them. She realizes this is their home and how important these decisions are - this is the biggest investment of their lives.

 

Fred joined Rosewood Home Builders seven years ago.  His first responsibilities were as a site supervisor.  In that position he managed all aspects of the construction process in the field.  From there, Fred moved into the kitchen division as a designer and manager, where he designs unique kitchens for our customers.

His experience started with his grandfather's construction company.  Later, with his father's home building firm, then with his own. 

Fred has attended the Wellborn Academy to become a leader in sales and product knowledge of the Wellborn cabinet line. He attends the industry's kitchen and bath show yearly to keep informed as to the latest trends and materials in the marketplace.
