Q: Will
I be allowed to customize my new Rosewood home to best fit my family's
needs?
A: Yes.
At Rosewood Home Builders, we are prepared to grant most wishes
to semi-customize your favorite Rosewood home design to best suit
your family's requirements. However, most Rosewood home designs
are so inclusive of many of the detailing and amenities most families
need that you may find changes unnecessary!

Q: If
I choose to select a home site within a community and ask that my
house be built from the ground up, how long will the process take?
A: From
the time framing begins, completion time will be approximately 120
days to build your home to quality standards. During the winter
months it may be necessary to add an additional month's building
time.

Q: When
do I need to make all of my selections?
A: Your
selections should be completed within three weeks from signing your
contract. In the event that materials or fixtures are backordered
or have to be imported, these will require additional time. To delay
these selections for too long could impact the construction schedule.
Rest assure, that we work only with established, professional suppliers
that are most helpful in every area.

Post-Purchase
Q: Does
Rosewood Home Builders provide any additional warranty to the home
other than the first year?
A: Yes. All warrantable items are covered for one year. The heating system, plumbing system, electrical system and leaks are covered for two years. Major structural items are covered for ten years. Rosewood Home Builders is enrolled in the 2-10 HBW Asset Protection Program® which is offered by Home Buyers Warranty Corporation. Download the 2-10 warranty booklet.

do I do if I have a service problem?
A: All
service problems should be directed to our warranty department.
They will fill out a service requisition, give a copy to the site
super, and file a copy for tracking.

Warranty
Q: What
assurances do I as a customer have that I will be satisfied?
A: Customers
will be provided a Pre-Occupancy Orientation prior to closing on
their new Rosewood home. At that time, a list will be compiled of
any items needing repair. A representative from Rosewood Home Builders
will contact you upon receipt of the list to coordinate the repairs.
In addition, you will receive warranties from the manufacturers
of products used in your new home during your Pre-Occupancy Orientation.
Please see your Sales Representative for further details.
Additionally, at 60 days and then one year of occupancy of your
new Rosewood home we will arrange to come back and visit your home
to provide a follow-up inspection of your home whereby all warrantable
items are promptly corrected.
