When submitting your claim please try to be as close to the 60 day and 1 year time intervals as possible. Please remember that each homeowner gets one 60 day service request and one 1 year service request. If you have more than 10 requests please continue on an additional form. After our Warranty Department receives your submitted claim, you will be contacted within 10 business days to schedule an appointment to review your requests.
