I have to say that before we decided to build, everyone was telling us horror stories of their experiences with builders, the building process and how complex things could get. From the very first day we met with Brian to pick a home and a lot, to working with the Interior Decorator on flooring, colors and lighting, to our final walk through with Matt and Marc, your employees have taken the time to explain each and every step of what was going on. Your staff should be commended for their outstanding customer service. At any time during the building process if we had any questions, they had the answer. If they didn't have the answer, they got right back to us, that's impressive!

     As far as the house which we will be calling home, we couldn't have asked for a better product! The building materials and supplies that I have seen being used during construction of our home are of the highest quality that a consumer could expect, and the work site was kept neat and clean. Every other night I would go to the house to take pictures, for sentimental reasons, and found that all of the left over materials were kept in neat piles and all the waste or trash was picked up. That shows us that you are a safety conscious company, something rarely found on building sites.

     As you know the biggest purchase that most Americans make is their home. It's part of the American Dream to have the opportunity to work hard, raise a family, and to get the home of your dreams. With the knowledgeable and friendly staff you have and the superior product you produce, I'm sure many other American dreams will come true in and around the Capital District region for many years to come!!      "We have signed a contract with your company for building a house at 54 Cheshire Way. During the process of finalizing this contract we worked with several different people on your staff. We have been very impressed with all the individuals and the manner in

which they treated us. They were very professional in their dealings with us. They were

also quite knowledgeable and guided us (patiently) throughout the long process of signing this contract.

     However, we were most impressed with Rich Rosetti. We found him to be very pleasant and unassuming. During my first meeting with him, he explained to me every aspect of building a house and how the company arrives at the price for each house. He displayed immense knowledge of the construction industry and the cost of various materials which go into building a house. He convinced me and my wife that we were getting a good and quality house built by a company which deeply values its reputation."

I have been involved with the building of my new home for approximately 10  months now and to say that Jason Fiet and Sue Kirsch have been my new home construction 'angels' is an understatement. I can not stress enough the professionalism and pleasantness that have been extended to me by both Jason and Sue. I work in the field of customer service, providing defense work to all of Wal-Mart and Sam's in New York State and I know what it takes to make a client happy. Your employees have made me happy. Regardless of my countless phone calls, questions, nagging, etc, I have been given prompt, honest answers in the most pleasant manner possible.

     I truly fell the need to recognize the good in people and I hope this letter will go a long way in showing my appreciation to your fine staff.      Originally, I contacted Matt, who spoke to Tom, your Site Manager. Tom followed up by contacting the roofer who determined where the problem was. Art was very professional. He made the appointments with me, and was punctual every single time. He repaired the PVC pipe and the drywall.
